Q: How to adjust the voltage of DC port?
A: 1. Long press to enter the setting menu. 2. select the DC setting and choose the voltage you need. 3. Long press to confirm. 4. select "ON" and long press to confirm
Q: Why there exists difference of capacity information between the display screen and the case?
This power bank includes 8 automotive grade power cells, each cell is 3200mAh, and the standard voltage is 3.65V, so the rated capacity is 3.2Ah x 3.65V x 8 = 93.44Wh. STORM2 has a built-in coulometer, which is based on cumulative charging power and cumulative discharging power to estimate information such as the capacity and health of the battery pack, so it is not 100% accurate.
Q: Why does the battery amperage show as (-)?
A: The symbol of "-" on the battery current means the battery of this power bank is being charged. It will show "-" in the front of figures when you charge the power bank.
